Terms & Conditions
1. Pricing & Quotations
- All prices are quoted in USD (United States Dollars).
- Rates are based on the minimum number of paying participants specified in the proposal; a decrease in participants may result in rate adjustments.
- Prices may subject to change without prior notice due to hotel rate adjustments, foreign exchange fluctuations, fuel increases, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Quoted prices do not include international or domestic flight tickets, visa fees, or travel insurance unless explicitly stated.
2. Reservation & Payment Policy
- At the time a proposal is issued, no reservations have been made; availability is subject to change until a booking is confirmed.
- Registration without a deposit is non-binding and may be cancelled by the operator without prior notice.
Payment Schedule:
- 1st Payment: A 50% non-refundable down payment is required upon reservation to confirm the booking.
- 2nd Payment: The remaining 50% balance must be paid 3 weeks prior to arrival; once paid, this is non-refundable.
3. Cancellation & Date Changes
- Cancellation fees apply if participants change travel dates, change the tour type, or experience visa rejection.
- During high or peak seasons, cancellation policies follow the specific regulations of the involved hotels and airlines.
- Late submission of visa documents resulting in delayed departure or rejection remains subject to full cancellation charges.
4. Force Majeure
- In cases of Force Majeure (natural disasters, riots, unsafe conditions, etc.), the tour operator is not responsible for refunds of paid but unused services.
- Any additional costs incurred due to force majeure events are not included in the tour price and must be covered by the participant.
5. Participant Responsibilities
- Participants are responsible for their own personal expenses, including laundry, minibar, room service, optional tours, and tipping for guides and drivers.
- It is highly recommended that participants obtain comprehensive Travel Insurance prior to departure.
